Very courteous and professional

Tristin came to my house today for my quarterly pest control service. He was very friendly and efficient. I’m very happy with the service, and I highly recommended Bulwark.

He was very efficient and punctual. Very polite.

Bulwark has been my go to for years. They handle our quarterly sprays and in between if ever needed. Great job. William Johnson was very helpful.

Tristin Wolf arrived and ask what the issues were and immediately started to work treating the areas. He was very professional and courteous. The issues with pest has been taken care of with no sight of pest.

Super nice, right on time! Wish he could come every month!

Helpful, effective and answers and concerns. Tristan Wolf is my technician.

Yes good job

Derreal Young was amazing!! He came right on time and made sure to let me know of everything he did & saw while he was spraying around the house. He went over and beyond offering to come in & spray the areas inside. Very pleased with him!!

He was really easy to communicate with and he told us exactly how and what he was gonna do before he started. He was very nice and did an amazing job.

Great experience

The team that was at my house was great. They were able to remove a hornets nest that we never saw without incident.

I was starting to see a good deal of spider webs around the house, and William got them all down. I appreciate that!

Elijah Clevenger arrived promptly. He was professional and thorough. Elijah explained the procedure well and answered all my questions with ease. I’m very happy with his work.

Great service. Good communication.

Great service. Friendly employee.

Chris did a great job. He is friendly and thorough. We love having him come.

Chris B was very friendly and did what looked to be a thorough job

Chris B was absolutely great! From the moment he arrived, his customer service was phenomenal. He took the time to talk with us a couple of different times throughout the visit and never once made us feel like he was rushed, annoyed, or trying to hurry out the door. He even shared some funny stories from his experiences on the job—from dealing with a wasp nest in someone’s yard to the story about a lady who torched her house because of roaches 😂. He had us laughing more than once! Chris also made sure to let us know when he arrived and when he was leaving, which we really appreciated. While he was here, he noticed the wasp nest and went ahead and took it down. He remembered my boyfriend mentioning that he didn’t like wasps and took the extra step to get rid of it for us without us even having to ask. Overall, Chris went above and beyond, and his customer service was phenomenal. He was friendly, personable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care.

Elizabeth Gossett was professional and efficient. She discussed what was happening this time of year and showed me pics of a certain bug to watch out for. Appreciate all that she did today.

Chris did a great job at listening to all the past treatment needs, and issues that we’ve been having. He diligently and quickly treated as necessary and was friendly.

William J. came yesterday and took care of an ant problem we were having. He communicated well by text before arriving and arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and after co.pleting the treatment, verified with us that there were no more problems or questions. Great service!

Tristen explained it well and showed us some pointers. Great service
