Bulwark Exterminating, LLC

Dustin was very thorough and professional while treating the home.

Jonathan Jones II was our technician with Bulwark. He was very thorough and attentive to the specific needs of our location. He asked very specific questions about the insects/rodents we were seeing in order to give us the best possible plan to control the pests. Thanks again, Jonathan is AWESOME!

Dikembe T. was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and very kind. He showed concern for treating my home for bugs. Dikembe explained everything he was doing and advised me of things to do in order to prevent any future bug entry into my home. Dikembe was very respectful and used all cautions to protect my family and pets. I am very pleased with his service.

Dustin from bulwark exterminating was extremely friendly and very thorough and was willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right.

They were on time, quick to finish the job, and even gave helpful recommendations.

I have been having trouble with water bugs or what I call roaches for a very long time and I have a hard time getting rid of them. After having some work done on my roof and the soffits around my house we had a visit from Bulwark. My Teck was Nic Weaver and he was exception. He even went into the attic and sprayed for bugs close to the site that had rot which looked like a haven for these bugs. Iwas an extremely hot day and I know he wasHe was so exceptionally gracious and kind I was so impressed He wanted to be sure everything that he could do was done to help me with the roaches. I have been a customer of Bulwark for over 10 years and he was definitely outstanding with is work ethic and was so kind to me knowing that I had recently lost my husband of 53 years. All of the people have been great to me but he was definitely outstanding. my regular Tech for years to come. I am officially bug free at this time!!!

DiKembe was our technician and he was EXCELLENT. He was punctual and very polite. Explained exactly what would be done today and suggested additional services after his evaluation. We were very pleased to have him servicing our home.

Dikembe was very thorough and careful. Excellent service … and delightful personality.

Have ALWAYS been pleased with Bulwark services and their staff! Today's tech, Jonathan Jones II, is one of their finest. Polite, professional and extremely thorough with the treatments.

Dikembe did an awesome job fogging my entire backyard and pool area and around the front of my house for mosquitos !!! Thanks so much !! B. Masny

Carlos G is a technician with Bulwark Exterminating who is efficient, reliable and professional. He texted before he arrived and then checked in with me about any problems or special requests for treating our home for pests. We get consistent & expert service from Bulwark and I recommend them to any homeowner.

Hi and good evening. I’m Allen Queen of 113 South Hiddenbrooke Drive, Advance, NC 27006. I have been a customer of Bulwark for several years now, with a termite policy and have had great success with your company. In the past few weeks my wife and I have been fighting various insects, especially sugar ants. In spite of our best efforts we have not been successful in correcting the problem. I reached out to you and was assigned a service pro named Johnathan who came out today, addressed the situation with confidence, competence and professionalism, and answered my questions and concerns. I cannot say enough for how pleased my wife and I are with his performance today! Please know we are appreciative of the good work he does for your company and you may be very proud of the professionalism he displays on behalf of your organization. Regards also to Eric of the call center who lined up today’s visit and scheduled Johnathan as our service professional. Kind regards, Allen Queen

Dustin McGowen was incredible. I let him know I had a few things to discuss and he was patient, walked the property with me and advised on recommended next steps with the understanding that I had a nursing momma feral cat residing on my property. I have a lot of trees, so spiders are part of it, but they should not be in my house nor should centipedes. Crawl space treated and front yard treated. Protecting the feral kittens was included in the strategy. Grateful!

I was contacted right away, set up an account and had a tech at my house that afternoon. The tech was able to confirm what type of bug it was and also treated for spiders. I did have to call for a retreat just because the weather caused an uptick. I like that I can schedule appointments online.

Very polite and efficient!

Dustin M. Arrived on time. He was very polite. He sprayed out side and came inside to spray for bugs and insects. He explained every thing to me. I felt good about his knowledge and he listened at my complaints and responded with excellent knowledge. I would recommend Dustin to all my family and friends. He did an excellent job. Thank you, Bulwark for sending Dustin.

Aaron was the BEST! He was on time and gave awesome attentive service to recognize exactly what we needed. He is a great example of Bulwark’s professional reputation.

Friendly, he took the time to spray and take care of our needs

DiKembe T. did an excellent job. Company great to work with.

Our home had a hornet infestation in our primary bathroom. Aaron was very helpful in getting rid of the wasps and providing recommendations for preventing the infestation in the future. Aaron the rest of the Bulwark team have always been very professional, courteous and effective at providing great extermination services in our more than 7 years as a customer.

I was talking to Dikembe while he was tending to our home when I mentioned that I had a wasp's nest over the driveway and he said he would put on a bee suit and take care of it. It was a large nest but he took care of it quickly.

The young man that treated for ants did a great job.

Dikembe did an excellent job spraying and treating inside and out outside our home. We have used Bulwark for years and they listen to their customers but again Dikembe was one of the best they have ever sent to our home and I would like for him to come each time instead of a different person each time. He listen to your concerns and go over with you what is did to solve the problem.

The tech asked me what my concerns were and addressed each one. He did a good job.

Great customer service and pest control.
