I have been a customer of Bulwark for several years now, with a termite policy and have had great success with your company. Dustin McGowen was incredible. I let him know I had a few things to discuss and he was patient, walked the property with me and advised on recommended next steps with the understanding that I had a nursing momma feral cat residing on my property. I have a lot of trees, so spiders are part of it, but they should not be in my house nor should centipedes. Crawl space treated and front yard treated. Protecting the feral kittens was included in the strategy. Grateful!

I was contacted right away, set up an account and had a tech at my house that afternoon. The tech was able to confirm what type of bug it was and also treated for spiders. I did have to call for a retreat just because the weather caused an uptick. I like that I can schedule appointments online.

Our home had a hornet infestation in our primary bathroom. Aaron was very helpful in getting rid of the wasps and providing recommendations for preventing the infestation in the future. Aaron the rest of the Bulwark team have always been very professional, courteous and effective at providing great extermination services in our more than 7 years as a customer.

I was talking to Dikembe while he was tending to our home when I mentioned that I had a wasp's nest over the driveway and he said he would put on a bee suit and take care of it. It was a large nest but he took care of it quickly.

Dikembe did an excellent job spraying and treating inside and out outside our home. We have used Bulwark for years and they listen to their customers but again Dikembe was one of the best they have ever sent to our home and I would like for him to come each time instead of a different person each time. He listen to your concerns and go over with you what is did to solve the problem.

The tech asked me what my concerns were and addressed each one. He did a good job.

Dikembo did a wonderful job with a yellow jackets nest. I am so glad that I can go outside to my car without the fear of the yellow jackets attacking me. Dikembo was friendly and quick to kill the yellow jacket nest. Thank you.

We hired Bulwark about 6 months ago to address a bug infestation issue at a home we had purchased. This company developed a plan, got on top of the issue where others had failed, and continues to treat our home to prevent reoccurrence. Marcus and Dikembe were at the home again today for re-treatment. They both provided the excellent service you expect to get from this company. This included a brief discussion on the purpose of visit, checks for any emerging issues, prevent applications, and a quick re-cap when they were finished. I highly recommend this company.
