Ryan did a great job spraying for bugs! He also was really flexible with our schedule and worked with us to find a time that worked for us.

I called Curtis at a last minute swrvice needed, and he was very kind to fit me into his busy schedule to make sure he would help me with what I needed. I would definitely recommend them for your pest control services.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I had a scheduled appointment, but the technician did not arrive and I received no call, text, or other notification regarding the missed appointment. This was a significant inconvenience, as I had set aside time specifically for the scheduled service. I contacted the company afterward to address the issue and was particularly disappointed by their response. The company has a stated ?no-show? policy, but despite the fact that the missed appointment was on their end, they were unwilling to honor that policy or take meaningful responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope management will review how missed appointments are handled and ensure that customers receive the same consideration and accountability that the company expects from them.

Marcus at Bulwark is amazing! He’s attentive to the customer, and is solutions oriented. He’s thorough with his treatment, he does not rush and removed cobwebs, sprayed perimeter and added granuals thoroughly. He’s great at communication and sends pictures and confirmation after the job is complete. 10/10!

Jereme was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and told me what to expect for the next 24 Hours. If in still have any issues he informed me to call right away and he or someone from his team would come back out to retreat the affected area. Jereme is a very good guy and engaging.
