Bulwark Exterminating, LLC

Francisco Robles from Bulwark was an excellent pro. Very professional and appreciated him providing a receipt of the products used as this has not been provided before. He took extra care to remove webs around my home. Great job

Torrey was awesome very professional and helpful. Took care of everything to my satisfaction.

Tristyn D was here on 9/10/26. Always great service and communication. Took care of moles and wasp nests for me.

Jeremy showed up early and was ready to get started. He listened to me and what I needed and explained what he would do today as well as what their service covered in between visits. I needed my property and house treated for fleas and spiders. I also noticed mice droppings so they set me up with mice hotels versus the cheese traps. I already feel so much better and I can tell there are zero fleas and the spiders are long gone. Thank you Jeremy for being so professional and kind. Sid and Violet also appreciated all of the back scratches and attention.

Tristyn DuPuy from Bulwark came to our house and did a great job providing service (insect and rodent abatement). He also answered all of my questions very thoroughly. 5 stars!

Tristyn Dupru was my bug Tech today and he was very helpful and friendly. Offered to make notations on my account so any time someone different comes out they are aware of some special requests that I have so I don’t have to tell them. He also notes my account that I prefer morning times. He was very efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.

Zack was amazing!

I use bulwark for 4 of my homes in 3 states and love their customer service and work. Spencer was great in Bonney Lake WA

Christian arrived on-time, was respectful, and did a great job. He investigated our ant problem, treated the area, and gave me helpful advice. He also provided guidance as to other possible pest issues to keep an eye on. Would recommend!

Tristyn DuPuy did a very thorough job both inside and outside the house. He was very careful inside, controlling the spray and protecting the surrounding surface areas. Outside he dealt with a ton of spider webs before spraying.

Ryan did a great job spraying for bugs! He also was really flexible with our schedule and worked with us to find a time that worked for us.

I called Curtis at a last minute swrvice needed, and he was very kind to fit me into his busy schedule to make sure he would help me with what I needed. I would definitely recommend them for your pest control services.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I had a scheduled appointment, but the technician did not arrive and I received no call, text, or other notification regarding the missed appointment. This was a significant inconvenience, as I had set aside time specifically for the scheduled service. I contacted the company afterward to address the issue and was particularly disappointed by their response. The company has a stated ?no-show? policy, but despite the fact that the missed appointment was on their end, they were unwilling to honor that policy or take meaningful responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope management will review how missed appointments are handled and ensure that customers receive the same consideration and accountability that the company expects from them.

Excellent work. Kristian always does a great job.

Torrey is always great. Thorough, personable. Highly recommended.

Bulwark was very responsive and able to address our request within a day. Alissa from Bulwark was super friendly, helpful, and did a great job clearing out a wasp nest for us and then sprayed for other pests. Thank you!

Yes, professional, thorough, pleasant, punctual

Nicholas provides us with friendly, careful, through service. He returns if there is an on going problem until it is resolved. We have used this service for years.

Marcus at Bulwark is amazing! He’s attentive to the customer, and is solutions oriented. He’s thorough with his treatment, he does not rush and removed cobwebs, sprayed perimeter and added granuals thoroughly. He’s great at communication and sends pictures and confirmation after the job is complete. 10/10!

Bulwark has always been excellent and service is amazing. You should them for any pest related issue.

Jereme was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and told me what to expect for the next 24 Hours. If in still have any issues he informed me to call right away and he or someone from his team would come back out to retreat the affected area. Jereme is a very good guy and engaging. If I could give more stars for his professionalism and kindness I would.

Alissa spent a lot of time being very thorough and attentive to details, including beyond our initial concerns.

Zackary Hogue is a consummate professional and always arrives promptly, completes the services requested at every visit, and is without question the reason I continue to use Bulwark. Zackary Hogue is an excellent technician and we so appreciate his reliable and friendly service.

Christian was great and communicative and let us know about what was going on on the property as well as future things we might want to think about, overall a really great experience and we greatly appreciate him!
