We had a new Pro today; his name is Calvin Babcock. We’ve always been pleased with Bulwark; however, Calvin brought an entirely new and comprehensive level of service. During a previous service call, I asked the Tech to try to address a wasp problem. He couldn’t - perhaps he didn’t have the necessary spray. I hadn’t mentioned anything to Calvin, but he addressed the problem thoroughly and is scheduling a follow up visit to ensure the wasps are gone. He was extremely thorough and cleaned out spider webs from all of our windows. I certainly hope that Calvin will be our permanent Pro and please do give him a tip! Thank you!

Gabriel did a great job spraying around our house. He even made sure to take away the water bowl we have outside for our cat. That's caring about your job!

Marco was very good at communicating with me when he was on his way, how far he was, and what he was doing. He looked for problem areas - both the ones I knew about and the ones I didn't - and let me know what he took care of. He even provided pictures. I truly hate bugs, so I felt better knowing everything was sorted out.

Marcus is great! He always listens to my scared rants and gets the areas I am most concerned about. He is so helpful. He helps me take out the trash as it’s hard for me. I recommend Bulwark and Marcus is a great technician!

We have been customers of Bulwark Exterminating for many years and are still very pleased with this company. Throughout the years we have had many excellent technicians who have come and serviced our grounds and sprayed inside the garage. We currently have requested a wonderful young man, Zachary Crumpton, to be the technician to come and help us control pests. We are very pleased and we appreciate very much the caring and thorough work he does to help us with pest control. Currently we are battling many dozens of crickets in the garage, on the porch and walk and inside our house as well and today Zach came and sprayed everywhere in the garage and outside to help control these numerous bugs. Obviously the scorpions are not around, thank goodness, but they do love crickets.
