My tech, Gabriel listened to my issues. Found the ants I was talking about and treated the problem.

I had a great experience with my technician, Greg O. today. He was extremely thorough, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to inspect an area along the side of my house that I was concerned about, identified what appeared to be rodent activity, checked and refilled my existing rodent stations, repositioned one closer to the problem area, and treated for the insects I had been seeing. What really stood out, though, was his kindness. While we were outside, he noticed something upsetting in my yard and could tell that I was uncomfortable dealing with it. Without my asking, he offered to take care of it for me. He put on gloves, cleaned it up, and disposed of it. It was a small gesture that he certainly didn't have to make, but I genuinely appreciated it. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and never made the appointment feel rushed. Excellent service all around, and I would be very happy to have him service my home again. Nadine G.
