We had our first service with Bulwark today and Jesse did a great job! He called because he was running ahead of schedule and was willing to work with me on changing part of my service last minute. He informed me of what he was seeing, he treated it AND he heard my dog barking and made sure to let me know how their service is pet safe. Very customer oriented and friendly!

Paul came out the very next day after I called. I was fed up with all the mosquitoes and other bugs…was getting bit every single day. He thoroughly inspected and sprayed the outside of our home, then came inside to inspect. Showed me that we had a lot of spiders too, found a brown recluse! So he sprayed the inside as well. He reached out a couple days later to see how things were looking and offered to repeat the treatment if I wanted. Yes I did, just to be safe. This company came as a recommendation from my brother and I’m so glad I called. Paul was very nice, informative, and thorough. I’m very confident my bug problem will be under control very soon! Alex Key from Bulwark was excellent! We were noticing too many brown recluse spiders in our house, and he took care of treating the inside and outside of the house and also provided several glue traps to keep track of spiders over the next couple of weeks. He also provided a lot of information about places where bugs tend to get in. Would absolutely recommend if you're noticing a bug problem in your home!

He also was very aware of the health of our fish and was very cautious around their tank areas. He was informative, friendly, professional, and our dogs liked him a lot which is a WONDERFUL sign in our opinion! He even knocked down exterior spider webs on our patio! 10/10 recommend their services!
