Been a Bulwark customer since 2017 and am truly happy with their service. Today Tomas Gonzales was my Pro, and I was very impressed with his communication skills and professionalism. I'm sure he's got a full service log left to do, yet he took the time to value my input and throughly complete what I had pointed out. Along with an ant pile that I didn't even know was in the middle of my yard. I wouldn't have suspected that he has only been with the company a month, by the way he handled himself with the assurance of a seasoned pro. I look forward to a long "pest-free" relationship with Bulwark. Good thing is if the pests do come back, so does Bulwark.

Alex Brooks is Professional, informative, thorough, polite, respectful of my home, answered all my questions and had a broad knowledge of pests and pest control.

Austin James our Bulwark tech did a fantastic job at our residence as we were having a problem with ants. He came into our home and serviced the areas that we were having problems with and explained everything in detail about what he was doing to correct our problem. He also took care of the outside perimeter of our house. He also did our monthly mosquito repellant service to the outside of the property. When Austin was done he also said that if any of the problems returned within 3 to 5 days to call for service again. Great service and hope we see him again as our tech.

Austin came out he explained everything in detail that he was going to do and then let us know with each step that he completed. Also, explained to call back in between services (quarterly)if we need more assistance. Very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
