Bulwark Exterminating, LLC

Nicholas Johnson was very friendly and thorough! Answered all our questions and was good with my dog!

I use Bulwark because they use the big hose spray for your house, not a dinky sprayer. They are very responsive and the technicians are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Shoutout to tech Lucas who treated my home for spiderwebs.

Yes, Lucas is amazing. His Customer service skills is amazing. I got to meet him during my morning walk and he was servicing a neighbor’s house. His demeanor and professionsm was enough for me to purse and inquire about the service. I normally do 2-3 companies review before I settle for one but this time, only because of Lucas I signed right away. Thank you to Lucas, the 1st day of service was efficient and we hope to continue the service relationship with this company through out the year. We want Lucas to service our house regularily.

Thomas came out on time today to spray for mosquitoes. He used a stronger chemical that the first time. Thomas was very thorough and timely in spraying the property at 2676 Shaw rd in Marietta. His attitude was very friendly and pleasant. If there was a 10 start rating, he would definitely deserve it. Thanks Thomas for doing a great job for me today

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received during my first appointment with BULWAR K. Exterminating. Mr. N. Turner was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the appointment. He provided preventative education and services in a way that made me feel informed, respected, and confident about the care being provided. Please know that Mr. Turner?s excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the positive impression he made on behalf of your company. Sincerely, J. Smith

Thomas is awesome! Professional, punctual, and super nice. He was very patient and had every corner carefully treated. Have been with Bulwark for a few years now, and has been really enjoying the services so far.

Michael Edwards was very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and he did the job right and I don’t mind hiring someone that knows how to get the job done.!

Communication was excellent. He went above and beyond for customer service level. Michael Edwards was my Service Pro

was prompt curtious, explained everything and just was someone you can trust to be telling your truth and what will happen next. I definitely will continue to use Vincente Ortuno with Bulwark Exterminating

Nicholas Johnson serviced my home on September 16th. He was thorough and courteous. He text me in advance to let me know his ETA. I'm very happy with the service, quality of work, and professionalism from Nicholas.

Joseph Patterson did wonderful job today at our home

Nick is very professional and conscientious. He got rid of the ants that were a real problem for us. I would definitely highly recommend Nick to my friends.

So far Bulwark has done a great job with my initial application and with being true to their word that they will come back at no charge should any ants reappear between treatment months. Having a new home in a new development in the South comes with more pest problems than an established house. I'm feeling very confident that Bulwark will keep everything under control.

Joseph P. provided excellent service! He communicated clearly upon arrival, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and made sure each one was addressed. He even went above and beyond by blowing the leaves off my patio! I truly appreciated his attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

Tommy did an excellent job inside and especially outside with bugs and insects.

Sam Coughlin was absolutely fantastic! He not only treated our home very thoroughly for pests, but he was extremely patient with all of our questions and explained in detail everything he was doing. He also went above and beyond pointing out any areas of concern he saw while walking around our house to treat it - even including things that were not directly related to pest issues. I'm glad we had him as our service technician and highly recommend him

Sam Couglin was great. He was patient, informative, and very thorough in his job. He went the extra mile every time he could and he kept things real with you. I got very good vibes from him and I will be relying on him in the future to prevent our pests. Idk if the pest control works just yet but I do know I felt good about the customer service and services he provided.

Randy visited our property to perform pest control on our new build. He was friendly, personable, and demonstrated a good knowledge of common household pests and the procedures he would be using today. He addressed all of our questions and reassured us that if we notice any issues between scheduled services, we should feel free to contact them. We will definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking pest control solutions.

After the initial treatment done by your team (Nicholas Johnson), I had requested for a review and clearing some of the pests/skinks caught in the traps. And also to check the attic (for fear of any rodents caught in the traps). Andrew Jones was thorough with his review/cleanup, and also was very understanding about calling his team for this. Despite the relatively high temperatures in the attic, Andrew was patient with his inspection. Thanks, Andrew/Bulwark.

Nicholas Johnson did the first treatment and he was thorough. Explained the treatment, traps set and details about infestation he saw/cleared. Given the weather (and high temperature in the attic), it was a bit inconvenient and I appreciate his patience.

Jalen Toney serviced our home this week and our service was excellent! He listened to us, explained what was happening, why the bugs were coming inside, how to prevent that and did exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he do our service, he educated us as well. Thank you, Jalen!

Randy Henderson did an awesome job servicing our home. He communicated everything he was going to do and was very professional

Super guy. Very professional and was very attentive to our needs.

Garrett did a good job

Nick serviced my home today, and I was very satisfied with his work. He removed all the spider webs from the outside of the house as well as the garage. He applied the treatment thoroughly, using a generous amount of product, which I believe is one of their strengths. He also treated all the exterior wall outlets and every window around the house. Nick was courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. Everything the company committed to before I signed up was completed exactly as promised. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable pest control.
