So far Bulwark has done a great job with my initial application and with being true to their word that they will come back at no charge should any ants reappear between treatment months. Having a new home in a new development in the South comes with more pest problems than an established house. I'm feeling very confident that Bulwark will keep everything under control.

Sam Coughlin was absolutely fantastic! He not only treated our home very thoroughly for pests, but he was extremely patient with all of our questions and explained in detail everything he was doing. He also went above and beyond pointing out any areas of concern he saw while walking around our house to treat it - even including things that were not directly related to pest issues. I'm glad we had him as our service technician and highly recommend him

Sam Couglin was great. He was patient, informative, and very thorough in his job. He went the extra mile every time he could and he kept things real with you. I got very good vibes from him and I will be relying on him in the future to prevent our pests. Idk if the pest control works just yet but I do know I felt good about the customer service and services he provided.

Randy visited our property to perform pest control on our new build. He was friendly, personable, and demonstrated a good knowledge of common household pests and the procedures he would be using today. He addressed all of our questions and reassured us that if we notice any issues between scheduled services, we should feel free to contact them. After the initial treatment done by your team (Nicholas Johnson), I had requested for a review and clearing some of the pests/skinks caught in the traps. And also to check the attic (for fear of any rodents caught in the traps). Andrew Jones was thorough with his review/cleanup, and also was very understanding about calling his team for this. Despite the relatively high temperatures in the attic, Andrew was patient with his inspection. Thanks, Andrew/Bulwark.

Nicholas Johnson did the first treatment and he was thorough. Explained the treatment, traps set and details about infestation he saw/cleared. Given the weather (and high temperature in the attic), it was a bit inconvenient and I appreciate his patience.

Jalen Toney serviced our home this week and our service was excellent! He listened to us, explained what was happening, why the bugs were coming inside, how to prevent that and did exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he do our service, he educated us as well. Thank you, Jalen!

Nick serviced my home today, and I was very satisfied with his work. He removed all the spider webs from the outside of the house as well as the garage. He applied the treatment thoroughly, using a generous amount of product, which I believe is one of their strengths. He also treated all the exterior wall outlets and every window around the house. Nick was courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. Everything the company committed to before I signed up was completed exactly as promised. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

Samuel was extraordinary in all his service today. Very courteous, attentive and a true gem for your company to have , and for us your clients. He even brought down my trash cans from the sidewalk to the bottom of my driveway. No other technician has ever done that to me before. I was super impressed! A special thank you to our technician Jalen Toney with Bulwark Pest Control. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He quickly located and safely removed the active wasp nests from our bushes and answered all of my questions. He provided excellent customer service he also arrived on time and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving
