Christopher Chavez was very friendly, efficient and explained exactly what he was doing made sure when he was ready to start spraying we were not around and filled all our mice traps very clean and asked if we had any concerns we told him about the stink bug that are around so he took care of that he made us comfortable about what he was doing and asked us to call if anything showed up again. First time using this company. As promised, technician called the day of service advising me of the exact time arrival. Christopher arrived on time. Was very knowledgeable in explaining the products Bulwark uses. He was respectful of my home using gloves when handling the bait stations and spray in addition to wearing shoe coverings when inside the home. He was diligent and thorough in performing the task at hand--no rushing to complete the service. I was very satisfied and pleased and will continue with regular service. I would be happy to have Christopher as my "regular" technician for future service calls.

It is a pleasure to have Dustin exterminate my home. The first time he came I had an infestation of flying ants and he eliminated them in one visit - even crawling into a tiny crawl space to hit the source . Today was much easier with just an exterior spraying to get rid of occasional roaches and spiders and their webs. Dustin is friendly, curtious and very accommodating and professional. GIVE HIM A RAISE! :)

Dustin Lawson is my pro. He's very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about how to get my bug problem under control. Always polite prompt and professional! We had a bit of mouse problem earlier this year and he helped us come up with a plan. We don't have a mouse problem anymore. Always a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a pest issue.

Dustin was great! He came by for a check up after 2 weeks to check our traps Clarence left. There were indeed some mice and a poor lizard in the glue traps. Dustin looked thoroughly throughout our home and found all sorts of hidden spots of rodent droppings, so we were able to really address the issue and placed some traps in those locations. We didn’t realize these mice were getting around so easily since we have 2 cats!!! But our little orange cat also really seemed to like him, and Dustin was very sweet with him. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. 10/10
