It is a pleasure to have Dustin exterminate my home. The first time he came I had an infestation of flying ants and he eliminated them in one visit - even crawling into a tiny crawl space to hit the source . Today was much easier with just an exterior spraying to get rid of occasional roaches and spiders and their webs. Dustin is friendly, curtious and very accommodating and professional. GIVE HIM A RAISE! :)

Dustin was great! He came by for a check up after 2 weeks to check our traps Clarence left. There were indeed some mice and a poor lizard in the glue traps. Dustin looked thoroughly throughout our home and found all sorts of hidden spots of rodent droppings, so we were able to really address the issue and placed some traps in those locations. We didn’t realize these mice were getting around so easily since we have 2 cats!!! But our little orange cat also really seemed to like him, and Dustin was very sweet with him. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. 10/10

Dustin performed a thorough termite inspection. He was knowledgeable and also answered questions about weed control and pest control for our 2nd property.

I had a frustrating experience with Insight Pest Solutions after only two visits, and when I tried to cancel, they charged me an unreasonable termination fee. After a lot of discussion, I was able to get it reduced, but the whole situation was extremely stressful. Dustin at Bulwark went above and beyond and provided compensation that his company was not even obligated to offer. I?m genuinely grateful for the way he treated me and helped make things right. Clarence Radcliff III is always super professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad he’s the one who comes do my pest control when needed. He already knows our layout and usually what to look for. He is also very understanding as there are certain specifics to our home and yard work now with landscaping just being completed. He’s polite and always addresses the specifics of things he does here.
