Julian was our tech. He was personable, polite and respectful of our house. He put on booties before entering. He diagnosed the problem as carpenter ants and treated for them both outside and inside. Our attic was also checked and treated as a precaution. He left us his business card with his direct business cell number and said to contact him if we noticed any further issues with the carpenter ants.

Out Bulwark pest control professional was Austin Hamilton and he did an excellent job. He was friendly and thorough and easy to work with. He introduced himself upon arriving and was diligent in spraying both the inside and outside of our home for insects and rodents. I highly recommend him.
