Bumble Breeze HVAC, LLC

On June 22, 2025, Bumble Breeze installed an HVAC system in our unit. During the install, their technicians disconnected a washing machine drain hose near the HVAC room and failed to reconnect it. When the washing machine was later run, water flooded our unit. We only discovered the issue when our downstairs neighbor reported water leaking through her ceiling. By then, there was about an inch of standing water throughout our living room, bedroom, and hallway, causing significant damage to our unit and the unit below. Bumble Breeze later hired a contractor to address the damage, but communication was disorganized and required repeated escalation. Despite multiple follow-ups, they never reimbursed approximately $60 for water-damaged towels, an undisputed expense that reflects poor follow-through. Unfortunately, we later hired Bumble Breeze again for plumbing and water heater work. Communication was consistently poor, documentation was minimal, and the work was still done incorrectly.
