Burch Cleaning Solutions

Erika did a thorough and good job when she initially came to clean our condo while we were there. HOWEVER, she did not come as promised/contracted every 2-3 weeks to check on the condo over the summe while we were north. When called to talk about a specific request, she said she **had not been there in a whiile and was planning to go in the next week**. Our neighbor even asked if we had someone coming to check on the place as they had not seen anyone come there in the last several months. Since we returned, we called and texted her to schedule annother cleaning as well as to give us a bill with the dates of her times here over the summer so we could pay her. She has NOT done so, failing to communicate with us and to do the job hired to do. At least she did not bill us for services not provided.

They were good, but missed a couple of spots.

The girl that was here was very good

Extremely satisfied with Burch Cleaning Solutions!!!

Ericka is delightful and she and her crew do an excellent job. So happy I hired them.

Erica arrived when expected, with the necessary equipment, and cleaning supplies. Completed quicker than she had quoted. She was very pleasant, and had a "can do attitude". We would definitely recommend!

A very professional service. Reliable prompt courteous and very flexible. They will tailor their cleaning solution to your individual needs. When Erica and the crew are finished cleaning the house always looks spotless. I am a full time Resident and I would recommend Burch cleaning for any and all of your cleaning needs.

The team has been excellent My father is a senior citizen who lives in a different state than I but they go in monthly and clean and he is happy

Comfortable friendly staff. Delighted to have them working in our home.

Erica is great. Exceeds Our expectations

Erika is wonderful. She has done everything I ve asked of her, from baseboards to ceiling fans, and has me check over everything before leaving.

We are always hesitate to have a stranger moving around in our home, but Erika gave us nothing to worry about. We will be using her on a regular basis. Thank you Erika Bob & C J

I hired Burch Cleaning Solutions to clean my parents house. Erika does a great job getting the house clean, shows up on time, and is quick to respond to texts/emails. I highly recommend her and I'm so thankful to have found her.

Awesome job cleaning my new home from top to bottom; everything had a layer of construction grit and dust on it. From the first return phone call until the cleaning was completed - excellent service all around! They were prompt and professional, I would definitely hire them again.
