Burdge Construction

This is my second time using burdge construction. I used him for a basement remodeling based on his creativity with my bedroom and master bathroom. His creativity is amazing! Using old barn wood for custom trim and to box out my support beams! The quality is Top notch, and his price is unbeatable! Talk about bang for your buck! I can't wait for him to do my other house!

Initially we hired burdge construction to remodel out master bathroom. We were beyond impressed! Jeff's creativity in designs were outstanding! The tile work was flawless, and we couldent be happier! We decided to have him redo our bedroom. Flooring, walk in closet, and install a heating element to our floor! Their quality of work was top notch. You could hear them asking "if you lived here, would you like this 6 months from now" so we knew they wanted perfection on the first go around. All in all, we love our new bathroom and bedroom, we will be hiering them again to do our basement and deck!

They mislead us to believe they were professionals. We had to hire another contractor to fix their botched work that cost more than the original. Tile was cracked, bowed, and broken. Plumbing was insufficient where pipes can freeze because they were exposed to the elements. The service was less than basic from serbases to hanging a closet shelf (which fell in the middle of the night). They googled things we wanted done and pretended they knew what they were doing. They are a fraudulent company. They spilled paint and sparkle all over our decking. They put their dirty heavy tools on our bookcase and used it for storage. When we told them that we were not happy with the tile, the contractor tried to tell me I was wrong and he became rude after that. They tried to put up a back splash up two times and it fell both times. They wanted to try a third time and I sent them home. We caught the contractor lying day after day about all kinds of things from why the men only worked two hours and why the job was only going to take 2 weeks but we ended up 4 weeks before we fired them. They promised a heat lamp in the bathroom but when we checked it out because there was not heat, we found out it was a regular LED bulb and the fixture isn't even made for a heat lamp. We sat down with him and gave him a list of things we wanted and he lost the list and we continually had to go back and remind him and he got an attitude every time. All the while neglecting to give us a contract or itemized list of services. Please do not hire them.

Good job, amazing installed flooring walls and a new bathroom. Outstanding prompt on time and knowledgeable.

It was the worst experience with a Home Advisor member that I ever had, unbelievably shoddy workmanship, very nasty owner, added on to the original estimate, didn't cleanup properly, ruined a light fixture, paint on the cabinet, floor and mosaic tiles, left holes in the ceiling. I was so upset I stopped payment on the check I had to give the workers even before they started the project. It's a complete mess.

Came out September 30th on time and the project is already completed today 10/4/16! It looks amazing, so happy!
