The workers did not fill 2 of the drill holes in my driveway correctly. I informed Mark over six weeks ago and the holes still haven't been filled. I'm going to fix this myself because I am tired of waiting, calling, and leaving messages. Also, while they did raise the driveway, the side of the driveway that they raised is still almost a quarter of an inch lower than the other side.

Very fast response. Work done within same week and completed same day. Results were much better than I expected, glad I used them!

They came and started work without even letting me know they had arrived. They filled two sections of my drive however, they were not able to resolve what was causing the problem in the first place. The only complaint I have is that their trowel work was in need of direction. The owner never came back after getting my agreement to do the job and I have not yet received a receipt for payment. However, they did fill in part of the sidewalk with the extra mud which would have been the city's responsibility. I have no knowledge of cost for home repair issues but I believe this was a good buy for the service and I would recommend this company to others for this service.

We hired them in early September at which time we were told there would be a delay as they were swamped by customers who had seen them on TV. I was given several stories including they had equipment issues to employee problems. I did stick with them as I wasn't in a hurry. They finally came out the week before Christmas to start the mud jacking. The delay in my opinion was excessive. There wasn't any communication unless I called. Was the work completed, yes, did the work look good, yes. Would I hire them again, I don't know.

Their work is great; communication is sometimes lacking, but overall wonderful job.

We decided to hire Burke Stripling after Kerry, their rep came to give us an estimate. Kerry was honest, straightforward and no pressure sales. He did inform us that there would be a wait but that they would fit us in. Frankly, his honesty was very refreshing. I then contacted the office to get on their schedule. Their Office Manager, Kristy was very professional and helpful, great customer service. We did have to wait about three weeks but it was well worth it. Keith, their scheduler was good. He did get back to us to let us know when to expect the guys the next day. When the guys were working on the driveway, their saw busted and they were only able to do part of the job. They showed up the next morning to finish up. Burke Stripling completed our driveway repair yesterday! I found the three company representatives/workers to be very personable, professional and courteous. I had really done my homework in investigating other companies that have the same or similar services as mud-jacking. This was all new to us as we had never been faced with this dropped/severely cracked driveway issue. To take responsibility, we had let the time pass knowing about the damage. The guys did a very professional job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We waited the 24 hours the guys suggested before driving our cars back onto our driveway. We would highly recommend Burke Stripling to anyone! Give them a try, you will not be sorry. We were quite impressed.

The company came out and offered two different solutions for my back patio. I decided to have the slab mudjacked, in lieu of replacement. They were the only company that provided different options. The crew seemed to be very experienced and did a great job. I am very happy with and would recommend them.

Long story short, they have terrible communication. Had multiple delays and reschedules without being informed by the company. The President was unapologetic and apathetic to the inconveniences they caused me. He just wanted me to pay the invoice and not have to deal with the situation.

Do not use this company. Initial estimate was for 4 piers. After the engineer evaluated the house I needed 16 piers (I had already given them a deposit when I found this out). They Do subcontract. 1st subcontractor crew after 4 days started to push wrong piers. I Contacted owner and crew was pulled off the job. 5 days later a second subcontract crew arrived and completed the job in 2 days. They did not install the ���Strata-pier��� as stated on the web page and brochure I was provided by the sales person. Was told after the fact there is an additional charge for the ���Strata-pier���. Also did not use a high pressure water jet system as stated on web page and brochure. Payed in full day after completion of piers installed. Two weeks and no warranty paperwork, after requesting 3 times. Checked with the city and no permit applied for. I was charged $150 for permit. Also charged $300 for post pluming inspection, not scheduled to date. No communication from this company. Worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Many more minor problem to many to mention. Again do not use this company

They lifted the steps to the front of the house. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. We were very pleased.
