I know from time to time people cannot get along and others can be so difficult making them almost impossible to deal with. As I read another review, not saying anything about anyone either just saying a wonderful professional experience. It was actually for my parents home but I was involved from the ground up. no pun. Would hire again in a sec.

NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD, PLEASE READ BELOW! Mark stripling is not a man of his word! I had a quote for mud jacking throughout the house for 1800, drilling 16 holes and injecting mud where they had just lifted the inside of the house, this was to fill any voids after raising the foundation. Mark informed me the only way to do this and get good coverage was to drill every four feet ( north and south and east and west ) and inject mud. He said he would be drilling over 150 to 200 holes in the 1500 square foot house, and that was the reason he was charging $5,000 for all the extra labor of drilling, and I agreed it would be better coverage and with the drilling willing to pay the extra for all the labor required. On the day of repairs, he brought a subcontractor and decided every four feet drilling was not required. So they ended up drilling only 25 holes (8-10 feet apart )to inject the mud, injected over 8 yards of mud to fill the void, and I feel the subcontractor did a quality job. I discussed with Mark about the cost, that it had to be be adjusted because it was not completed the way he said it would be done. Drilling 75% fewer holes is a lot less labor, the same amount of material used just less labor which is the highest cost of doing this job. He refused to come off of the 5,000 dollars. I am a man of my word so I did pay him his full amount. I just want others to know he does not keep his word and can not be trusted!

The work was done when scheduled, but the owner kept me informed of all changes in advanced. I was very pleased with the detail of the work.
