Hired BHI to remodel our master bath. They are unprofessional and dishonest. A wall extension had to be torn out-the studs for the extension were lined up with the drywall on the original wall causing a quarter inch jag in the finished wall. Part of plumbing had to be moved for the new bathroom design. After new subflooring & tile were put down, we discovered a bad slope in the floor. The new floor had to be removed to determine the cause. The floor joists had been loosened when plumbing was rearranged, causing the floor to sag. Robert replaced the ceiling fan with a much cheaper fan. He assured us it was the upgraded one we wanted. But checking the model #s later, the actual fan installed was $100 less. The contract called for a particular brand of windows. In checking with the vendor, the windows Robert ordered & installed were $1,000 less! We did catch the fraud before the final payment. There were several other problems, but no space left! DON'T HIRE BHI & Robert Burkett!!

I have hired BHI For multiple jobs at my home, including installing a new master bath shower, painting, flooring, drywall, exterior sliding glass door and installing a new sliding barn door. This is my first choice of a home-improvement company for any project I have.
