They installed a new gas furnace for me, the price was well below the other estimates that I got from three other contractors. The work was done right and in a timely manner and a proper clean up was done after the job was completed. They used runners to walk on when they came into the house so as not to soil the carpet. Over all the job was well done, and I would hire them again.

The sales manager was upfront about the product and our requirements. We asked about the different energy related cost savings between different models and went with a less expensive furance and more expensive AC unit based on a fair and open discussion. The installers were polite and comfortable for my family to be around. They did their work professionally.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The guys were punctual, courteous, and proficient at their jobs. Impressed with number of workers; five with the electrician. Came in at 8:30. Removed old furnace and airconditioner and set up new equipment. Completed their around 2:P.M. Cleaned up everything. Had to make a service call, the following week. Took care of problem we had with the new equipment very quickly.

Put furnance in, one week later had a problem and they wanted to charge a large service fee for coming out. When you pay wellover 2000.00 for a product I exspect the co. to stand behind the product and the service for longer than a week. Then they charged me 133.00 for a new themastat and in the contract they said they were going to rewire the thermastat and my tenants said they never went near the thermastat.

"The work done did not include a thermostat, of which the customer knew and agreed to. Thus, when the thermostat failed, there was no warranty for an existing part and was charged $64.95 plus the thermostat. This customer is currently has a balance due of $843.00 to us, and is currently in collection for breaking the terms for payment for her new furnace."

Douglas was very prompt when an appointment was set up. He was very nice and very professional and presented himself as a honest person. He gave me a quote for 3 different furnaces and was not pushy about what furnace to purchase. They came and installed the furnace on time and were very clean after the installed the furnace. His office staff was pleasant and very helpful with any questions you had. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

I brought them in to quote a furnace replacement when my regular contractor determined there was a crack in the heat exchanger. They re-inspected the furnace and to my surprise indicated that the previously determined problem did not exist. Other than the furnace being old it was in working order. Based on this experience and the fact they sold Bryant furnaces I decided to move forward with replacing the furnace with something new and efficient. The pricing was also very good.

Although the contracted electrician did not show on Thursday 6/30/05 when the furnace and air conditioning was installed, Burkhardt did an excellant job in finnding another electrical contractor within 24 hours in to complete the job the next day and before the 4th of July weekend. Just in time for the hot weather.
