We are a diversified construction specialties company. Cecil Burnett and Burnett Construction's work looks like a kindergartener did it. I had to pay another contractor to come in to fix their mistakes.

The price we ended up paying was 2.5 times higher than they quoted. Once they started working on the job they added on a lot of extra work without our permission. The final bill came in 2.5 times higher than their estimate. I frankly consider that to be fraudulent.

Cecil and his team were absolutely wonderful! They came out in a timely manner, were very reasonably priced, and provided great customer service. They understood we were under a time crunch and still came out and got a little bit done each day over the course of the week. We were so impressed and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for concrete work of any kind!!

These guys went over and above what we contracted for - did many little extras for us. They painted a whole house (inside) that we had been renting out) as well as repaired a window that was leaking. We did have to ask them to come back to check something out and they were more than agreeable to do so. Showed up on time everyday- and cleaned everything up so great! Nothing left to show they were even there, well, except a great job. Even picked up tiny pieces of insulation that were in the grass! Loved going out to watch them work - they are so respectful, kind and helpful!

These are great guys and they do good work. Showed up at 8 every morning except first. Patched hole in ceiling, refinished entire ceiling, painted room. Were very good about doing quality work and providing advice, as well as making adjustments based on my recommendations. Cleaned up after themselves. Would hire them again. As a matter of fact, probably will for a concrete job in driveway.

This is a "Family" owned business, Three generations, Grand Father, Father and Son. They were ALWAYS on time, Did Very Clean Work. No extra muss or fuss. I had them refinish Basement Ceiling, after my failed attempts to install ceiling tiles. Hence, Cecil and his Crew, torn the ceiling tiles down, mudded and did a knock down finish to match the rest of the house. In and out, dry time, off to other jobs, back to touch up and .......DONE. Very very please with these guys. I would hire them again.

Burnett construction was a good professional company to work with. There were some minor finishing areas that were not done as good as would have liked, but all in all, they did a better job than the last contractor I hired. Word to the wise, don't do concrete work in the winter.

Cecil and Bill did a exceptional job. They completed some repairs to my existing stucco and applied stucco to a new chimney chase. The repairs were not simply a patch job. They removed the old stucco and fully repaired the damaged sections. They were able to match my heavily textured stucco almost with great skill. They were flexible with my schedule, allowing me to complete some unplanned structural repairs before they continued. The new chimney texture matches the existing texture exactly and great care was taken to keep the roof clean. Cecil was also very helpful by setting his scaffold up early and leaving it up for painting. Chris D

Cecil Burnett and his crew did a great job on my sythentic stucco remodel. The whole house was redone and it has a lot of detailed trim work. Their workmanship was excellent with great attention to detail. These guys take real pride in their work. They were also very flexible and allowed me to make some last minute changes halfway though the job. I really appreciated that. Bottom line is I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I ever need to. It was a pleasure doing business with them and the house looks great!

Our project is complete, and the experience is that Cecil Burrnett is a pleasure to work with. He does what he says, he is very thoughtful. They kept the job site clean during work and cleaned up after themselves at the end. This contractor is an excellent Stucco services provider. We also used them to form and pour a concrete countertop. It was a difficult project and it was a learning project for them. They did "pretty good" and the end result is great.
