He was true to his word with estimate and was able to schedule repair in within a couple days. He patched my kitchen ceiling and it turned out great. Can't even tell it has been patched. Good quality work. Will hire again for my next home project.

Good, honest people, but when coming to the job site with broken or missing tools that is unacceptable. I don't take issue with the workmanship, but when the bossman said that it would be paint ready the project should be paint ready, the reality is that it was nowhere near paint ready. The bottom line is it was not done right.
