Commercial Wrought Iron Fence Repair or Welding Service
The work was good. The after job warranty performance is terrible. We had an interior stair railing updated by Michael. It is pretty. The handrail had come loose causing a serious safety hazard to our tenant. Michael was notified, set a time to repair, and was a no show, and never followed up. Our tenant let us know about this 34 days after the notice was given to Michael for the need of repair. Michael shared that this is okay timing and that 'something super heavy had to have made this happen". This is a fully furnished home so there was no moving or any items or furniture. I feel even if there was a fault if our , the professional response by the contractor should have been to repair it immediately. Nope... Michael began tossing out legal jargon and other slanderous language to me. Even telling me to "have a nice life"... a most immature choice in correspodence.
I won't again, lesson learned. There many qualified & more reliable welders here on Angi.

Metal Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
I would like people to know that this guy is a scammer, we went through a contract, paid the material cost up front $1000, and never saw him again. He didnt attempt to do it at all. Would only reply to texts, and with one excuse after the other. I hope we can make people aware of this.
Response from Burnie's Welding and Custom Fabrication
"We had a loss in our family. The project took a break and you were informed. Things get pushed back when you begin the threaten me. My service agreement protects me from people trying to threaten and or sue me. You signed into a full-service agreement that states you can not exit the agreement. You tried to do so multiple times knowing we do not offer refunds. WE TRIED TO GIVE A REFUND AND REPLIED THAT YOU WERE CALLING THE POLICE ON ME WHEN I DO T NORMALLY OFFER REFUNDS. I tried to be nice even. Scammer? Not even close. Smart business owner? Absolutely."

Metal Structure or Object Weld or Cut
Mike, was very professional in his work ethic...this was a very small project that I needed him for. Much to my surprise, he took the task on and completed it the same day as promised. He did extra by painting the welded metal and enhance it's appearance. Well done Burnie's Welding !
