Burns Construction and Remodeling

This contractor was hired for a painting project. He and his crew did such a good job on the project that we hired him for additional work which needed to be done at our home. After confirming their start date for the additional work, Mr. Burns and his crew failed to show up on the agreed date and did not notify us as to why. They were just a "no show". Over a three day period I called Mr. Burns twice and emailed him once regarding the situation but did not receive a return phone call or a reply to my email. The quality of his work is good but his reliability is nonexistent.

Jim is professional. He explained everything in detail about what he was going to do while adding a little extra. He was on-time, secured all items so no dust or paint would get anywhere else but the walls. He prepped the walls prior to painting and did a great job (they look brand new). Jim cleaned up after himself and gave some great advice. We will definitely be calling on his services again. Thanks Jim!

Jim arrived on time, completed numerous small projects (one that turned into a fairly complex operation) and cleaned up after the work was complete.
