Isn?t a Professional Service Was told multiple times about inadequacies.Never rectified the problems. Was coming unannounced cutting our yard without permission.

"There was no making this customer happy. They hired me for mowing service but wanted a gardener. Never paid on time. I stopped service with them for constant complaints and payments. Gladly take a bad review rather than having to service them anymore."

"Carol does not have text message and does not respond to emails or voicemails. I made numerous attempts to contact with no response. Very difficult to communicate. All my customers are on text or email so that we have a paper trail of conversations. I am more then willing to service this customer if she would reply to messages. See review from her in February. Get quote in writing or you will be surprised when you receive invoice. Mine was more than 2ce the original agreement. The excuse was he didnt really see it. I was not there when he checked the property but while speaking to him on the phone he was walking the entire property and just before he hung up I heard his wife say that this was a huge property he agreed and the line disconnected. So he was very aware if the situation. Also need to watch flowerbeds or theyll be wacked out of existence.

"She was billed for the work done. Angela did not recall the hourly rate on top of the mowing to get her lawn to a maintainable length after it was neglected for over a month. The contractor before me quit due to the size of the yard and the price she is willing to pay. She now is cutting her lawn herself. I lowered her bill and also made suggestions to get her rate to where she can afford but no response and she still has not paid her balance to date. And yes I will be doing estimates in writing to go along with verbal communication."
