First of all, Alan was on time, almost to the minute that he said he would arrive. He was very courteous and asked questions to try to completely understand the issue. As he worked through the problem, he explained what he was going to do so that I was clear of why he was doing what he was doing. He has good troubleshooting skills and was able to fix the issue in adequate time. I would highly recommend Alan Burnside for all of your plumbing or electrical needs.
