Burns Powerwashing did an excellent job of powerwashing my house and surrounding wall. They responded immediately and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the 8 a.m. appointment. They were courteous and went out of their way to help us. I would recommend them and use them again.

Overall the whole group from Burns Powerwashing were excellent to deal with they showed up on time and were very professional in the way they performed their job. The coating looks great and with their guaranteed work I know it will last. They went above the normal "job" requirements and we are very pleased. If we have another need for the Powerwashing we will call Todd and his crew to come back.

I knew my garage floor restoration job would not be easy. The floor was coated with two coats of 11 year old two-part epoxy under a single coat of 8 year old two-part epoxy. The finish had been badly damaged by acid leaks from a defective golf cart battery fill system. I obtained three estimates, each with detailed descriptions of the proposed approach. Burns POWER WASHING Service was clearly the superior, though not the lowest cost, estimate. The owner, Todd Fries, arrived promptly at 0655 with a truck mounted furnace to heat water to almost boiling, a 3500 psi Pressure Washer, and assorted support tools. Moments thereafter two crews, consisting of a Foreman and team member each, arrived. They removed all storage racks, their contents, and other obstructions from the garage and utility room, applied a stripper to the old paint and then laboriously scraped the floor, including 3 inch high curbs along the east wall, almost clean. Pressure washing followed to remove the remaining old epoxy. Next, they applied a primer to the bare concrete and left the job site at 1730 to allow the primer to stabilize overnight. Two men returned the following day at 1000 to apply a protective coating with a mix of three different color chips. The end result is truly impressive. Todd Fries and his crew arrived promptly at 6 am as promised and worked steadily until 3:30. They were thorough and professional. When the job was completed in the late afternoon, not only was all the paint removed from the sidewalks and brick walls, but they cleaned up every scrap of debris. We will certainly use Burns Powerwashing Service again and highly recommend them.

None of the film that was to be taken off was not. Storm windows were not cleaned between the inside and outside of the storm or regular window. Paint left on one window.

Your men werre here when they said they would be (after a delay, but I was told of it) Everything looks fine except for a small bathroon screen either left or fallen on ground. My cleaning woman commented on how nice the windows looked.
