I had Burtons give me a quote for a fence. Seemed a bit expensive but they messaged me back after a couple weeks lowering their price so I went ahead and signed contract. When we went to build, they upped the price stating that they have figured the linear footage wrong. I had told them the date I needed it done by and they said that was no problem and they would have it done significantly before then. Once they started, they then delayed building several times. They didn?t show up some days. Other days the came late or left early. They didn?t get the fence done on time and I had to move into my home with fence not done. I have 2 bid dogs and I had to leash or chain them up every time they went out to potty for 4 days. They finally finished the fence and all in all it looks nice but having a few issues. I messaged about the issues and was told they would be back after 30 days. 40 days goes by and I try to call. Leave a voicemail and they don?t call back. Call again 2 days later. No an

Hired Burton Fencing to install a solar gate. The installation was fine, but Forrest can not seem to be able to program the gate properly, therefore, it does not function. Forrest will schedule a time to come out to fix the problem and then does not show up. This has happened multiple times. He will not return my phone calls or respond to text messages. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will probably have to hire someone else to program my gate even though Forrest has been paid in full to complete the job.

This company went above and then some... Forrest's skills go beyond throwing up sticks! He was very interactive, guided through the decisions and built exactly what we wanted with outstanding quality! He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, honest and dependable! Couldn't have ask for more and honored to refer him to all the people I know in the construction industry as well as the people I interact with daily. Fantastic job!
