Burton's is always honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented. They have repaired and replaced my units. Again today they once again went above and beyond. The office manager personally took charge to insure an emergency repair to my heating system for the cold weather.

Michael, the repairman, was excellent and professional. He was the only repairman that would come to repair our washing machine at a moments notice. He had to order a part & was at our house as soon as the part arrived. We will only use Burton's from now on and refer him to our family and friends.!!!

Our refrigerator decided just before a. Houseful of company was due for a few days, to throw a hissy fit. Burtons not only repaired the problem, but made recommendations for care that would extend the life of the fridge. Pleasant and respectful, too. Darlene White
