Busboom's Computers and the Works

Just Don't! I trusted Brain Busboom because I had service done by his grandfather, Joe. Wat was to be a 1 hour in-home cleanup turned into him taking my PC to his shop because he had accidentally deleted the operating commands. It took me 6 calls over 5 days with promises each day he would bring it back. When he did bring it back he said he couldn't get my original 2 TB hard drive to work (it had been working) so he swapped it with a new HD but now I find out it is only a 500 GB hard drive and is almost used up. He will not return my calls.

Blaine is accessible, honest and competent. He always answered the phone (A BIG PLUS). He fixed my computer within a half hour and DID NOT charge the standard $ 50 for the first hour fee. Instead, he charged us only $25.00. I am so glad I found him. Thanks, Blaine, and thank you, Angi.

Blaine was great to work with. He understood our needs for a pre-teens computer. He was able to upgrade the desktop tower and even threw in some extra storage capacity. Price was fair and he kept me apprised throughout the process. My tween gamer was ecstatic and says the machine "is like butter!" now.
