I googled local businesses that repair garage doors. About five came up and I selected Busby and I'm glad I did. I called and the owner answered the phone. I told him that the garage door wouldn't open. He initially said he was about to head out of Salinas to his next job, but when he realized he was within a couple blocks of where I lived, he said let me finish this job and I will be right over. He came within 30 minutes, accessed the problem and within another 30 minutes he had completed the work. He explained the problem, what he did and then provided information on the life of the opener and shared information about updated equipment if a need arose. I would definitely recommend his services and I will call him again in the future if/when I am in need.

A large spring broke on my automatic garage door. I called Busby on a rainy Sunday afternoon and within 30 minutes Joshua was at my door. He replaced the spring, discovered some frayed cables and replaced them too. Thanks to Busby, I was able to go to work on Monday morning and my automatic garage door works like new.

My garage door opener wasn't working andJosh came on a Saturday and found the problem was the sensors weren't lined up. He also saw that the screws holding the hardware to the door were loose, and tightened them up, all for no charge. There were additional adjustments that would extended the life of the opener. I decided to go ahead and have them done and he did bill me for that, at a very reasonable price. I'm really happy with the experience and highly recommened Busby doors.
