Tom answered my calls 7 days a week, it was an amazing experience considering the extensive damage to my home. He was so very helpful, and he was patient, he even gave me ideas and suggestions to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. He was just a very nice person as well as supportive and helpful, especially through such a traumatic experience. His attention to detail was amazing, he even made sure that the workers took extra care of the property throughout the process.
