"Dear Customer We have never started your project, we stated for the air handler to be properly repaired, meaning have an HVAC service professional to install the proper fan for your system. We stated that your system is not properly installed so we would not touch it with out it being do by an HVAC contractor. You stated that is the best you could do, so we refused to do the job. But never started cleaning process."
