Very pleasant to work with.

I cannot possibly rate Rita and her team at Busy Bee highly enough. My only regret is that we didn t hire her sooner. She has been exceptionally accommodating to our schedule, has no problem working while our (huge) dog is home, and refuses to pass judgment on the perpetual mess that a one year old brings to our lives. The peace that comes with a clean home (REALLY clean - like not a dog hair is left on the baseboards clean) is hard to quantify, but I can tell you without doubt that hiring Busy Bee has been worth every penny we have spent. If you are considering using this company, you will be thrilled with the outcome. Thank you for your help in our home, Rita!

They arrive on time. Very professional they do their job in a timely manner. Always ask if there is anything I need before they leave. They go over & above.

These ladies are amazing! They come in, do their thing, and my in-laws condo was sparkling clean!

Highly disappointed. Rita and her assistant would only spend slightly over half of the agreed amount time of two people for two hours. My house is highly automated with logging and cameras so I know exactly what time they came and left. It was like they were in a hurry to get to the next job. On one incident, she showed up without her assistant and only spent two hours rather than two people for two hours. She only admitted it when I asked her directly. She did apologize, and brought her assistant the next time, but they only stayed for slightly over an hour. So unless you either have an automated house or have someone present when they are here, I highly doubt you will get the level of service you thought you agreed to. I have video and logging documentation to support this review.
