"Please note: my client did not had correct material in time. They went for holidays and I had to stop the work till they come back. Work was done complete that is why I got paid . No one pays if work not completed."

First he demanded a cash payment upfront. I needed the job done right away and he would not take credit cards so I accepted because I needed the job done fast. And he did not complete the job that day, once he came to do the job, it is still not completed and not done correctly.

"Sorry to see the unexpected reviews left by this customer. Donna checked everything before I leave or before paying. She called me again after 2 days and said she needs to have more caulking. I believe they did not mind the instruction not to use the bath for a while and I am held responsible for the incomplete job. The payment method was already decided in advance. Why complaint?"

Very positive! I have had negative experiences hiring contractors before, Aurfan, made me feel assured that I could trust him to do the job, and he did, as specified, as scheduled. All I can say is I can trust him, and that speaks a lot to his ability to work with you, even recommend to u materials that are a lot better and may even cost less, and he does not short you or do a half-a****d job, he does the job thoroughly. I already have a positive experience with him, will definitely hire him to do some more projects in the future.

This service was not cheap but he was cheaper than other handymen. I am shocked at the prices, but I guess that is what a handyman costs now adays. The job was done very well.
