Each cleaning got worse with more details left undone. Multiple scratches on my new stainless stove! :( Her staff may be the problem. Briana was rude and threatening regarding her final payment as there were repair costs involved.

I've had this company working for around 3 years. I love the personal touches and attention to detail she brings. There's nothing like coming home to a clean house.
