From the lady I spoke to on the phone to the gentlemen that did the moving, very professional job. She was very nice, told me absolutely everything I needed to know, there were no hidden charges at the end of the move. The guys were also just great. They moved efficiently and were never anything g other than courteous and professional. AND! Their rates were VERY competitive! Overall exceptional experience. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends

We contracted Busy Bâ s movers to move three rooms of furniture (2 bedrooms and a study) to other rooms within our house in anticipation of a new flooring project. The two movers, Janae and Anthony, were Outstanding! They arrived precisely on time and were openly friendly and courteous as they interacted with us. Their work was conducted with a quiet efficiency and methodical manner that spoke of a comfortable knowledge of their trade and a clear familiarity with coordination of their own working partnership. They were precise and careful with all of the furniture items, placing them into their relocated spots easily. They efficiently removed the headboards from each of the sizable beds while carefully disassembling and then relocating large drawer-lined bases. They offered to do any other moving required before finalizing the project. I would recommend,without reservation or hesitation, Busy Bâ s services to anyone contemplating similar moving accommodations. They will be returning to reposition all of the furniture after the flooring project and I would welcome back Janae and Anthony if this task falls to them! Well Done Busy Bâ s!,

Jordan, Genet (Jonay? not sure how to spell her name), Andrea, and the entire crew at Busy B's were so great. From packing and organizing to gently and skillfully moving all our things, they made our move from Wisconsin to Georgia so much easier. They were friendly, careful, and SO STRONG!!! When they got to our new home in Atlanta, the drive was too steep for their truck. We were so worried, but it didn't phase them a bit. They parked safely on the street and hauled everything up the drive, piece by piece with a smile! No griping. No worries. Total professionals. There were a couple of minor bits of damage to our old furniture that hadn't been moved in 20 years. They immediately showed them to us as they found them. We don't have fancy furniture so we just told them not to worry about it. Again. Such integrity and honesty! Total professionals. We would hire Busy B's again in a heartbeat!

These folks are a little more expensive to do unloading of a truck I drove. But, their location was good for me, as people have to pay for travel time. The unloaders were very good, taking good care of my things, and also getting things into a lake house with a very tight opening through which to get furniture into the house.

Lovely working with Busy B's for a long-distance move from WI to CA . Our only issue -- for a complex move -- was that they didn't properly protect a couple of pieces of furniture and their was some scratch damage in transit. They managed the repair process and paid for repairs, so net experience was good and I'd use again!

Hired Busy B s for an interstate move and this was an incredibly smooth process. Andrea & Daniel maintained outstanding communication throughout the process, from quotes through contracting, loading, transit & unloading. Although they arrived an hour late to load & there were communication glitches around this, they made up for this through their professionalism, great service , speedy loading and ongoing communication thereafter. They not only delivered as scheduled but offered to deliver a day early. I ve used both national and regional interstate moving companies and, by far, Busy B s was the best. Highly recommend this company!
