My A/C went out on a friday afternoon. I called Steve on Saturday, he was in the pacific ocean fishing at the time. He called me Sunday afternoon came over, looked at my problem and gave me an estiminate. Started the job Monday morning and was finished that afternoon and it was at his estiminated cost. I received my estimate from Steve Butler on Thursday morning. The change out was started Friday morning; by early afternoon on Friday I had a new unit installed and operational. He did a quality job, in a very timely manner, and at a fair price.

Steve was an absolute delight to work with. He answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand. He showed up as promised and completed the job timely. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience and he even installed an air scrubber to help with my asthma due to all of my pets. I contacted Butler Air at around 11:00 at night and within minutes I received an email saying I would be contacted in the morning! I believe that I was the first phone call he made that day and he was ready to help any way he could! I am absolutely pleased with his friendly and professional willingness to get me taken care of! It is a small owner operated company. I had my concern that it was a very new company, but once I tried it, I it turned into a fast and reliable services.

I hired this pro to install a new master cooler in my home. With in an hour and a half from me contacting him he was out to my house preparing me an estimate of the costs.
