I do not recommend Butler Appliance Service I called him to fix my dryer he came my house instead of fixing the problem burned out the wire while I am standing watching him the electric pop out he showed me a piece of wire burn out cut out I had a doubt he is shocked the electric purposely I believed him he is going to fixed but instead of that connecting the cutout wire he told me he fixed but was not fixed he told me the dryer is working he asked me to pay him $185.00 the second day when I tried to dry my cloths is not working since then I keep calling him left a message and never respond Mr. Dwayne/Dante if you see this msg. please return my call we can discuss you can fix the problem I found you through Home Advisor. Mr. Dionte finally after two weeks several phone call came to fix my dryer I am happy. I can gave him 3 stars. Thank you.

He needs to better exabyte work buy parts to order through local vendors instead of using vendors online. He needs to be more detailed about using Freon. when offering a warranty coverage.

The service provided was great however, I contacted the company with a billing concern and now, a month later, I still have not received a response from them.

They took my money (almost $500 ), and did not call back after 3 calls to them. Their phone has answering service saying "not available". My oven is totally disassembled and they have the parts. Home Advisor should drop them as preferred. What should I do???

Service was timely, of good quality, and vendor arrived during the timeframe specified.

Received a phone call when the technician was on the way. Gas cooktop was installed. There was an issue with a gas leak after the install. Called later that evening to inquire if someone could come back to check it out. Technician arrived the next morning and fixed the issue. Professional and prompt customer service. Would hire them again.

Although actual repair work was not done, Butler was prompt, reliable and knowledgeable, and also gave honest and upfront feedback about the service needed. Also provided solid alternatives and recommendations. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair or diagnosis.

Ended up not needing a repair. The tech thought the cook top stove needed a new igniter,. None was available from the local suppliers. I suggested he check the alignment of the burners. Sure enough all four burners lite after he aligned the two connecting burners
