"The contract that was signed outlined the size of window that was to be installed. The customer never specified the window seat was to be built into the bay window. We built a window seat that that fit the space we had to work with. Anytime we called or asked questions, one of the homeowners OK'd everything. The project was signed off on and was said that it looked great. The majority of these issues were never brought to our attention, therefore we could not fix something we didn't know about. Our company does everything we can to work out any issues or problems a customer has. Sometimes no matter how hard you try some can't be pleased."
