Butler plumbing did an excellent job. Called to give me a free estimate. Within 1 hour , I had the estimate and had the appointment the next day. On time and very professional. Going to use them again.

They are too expensive and they refuse to work on older faucets and valves. They said they will not try to find older parts. $250 just to disconnect an old dishwasher is very high. I thought the guy was a bit arrogant. He did not want to work on my old fixtures and did not offer any other suggestions. He just took his money and left.

Yes, correct. usually on old faucets or fixtures we will not work on them unless there is some sort of paperwork on the item that would have a model # and a parts list that we could possibly contact the manufacture for replacement parts. Not only did we disconnect the d/w but added a dual stop shut off valve on the hot water line and a new water supply to feed the sink faucet. generally, we quote a job before we start, so the consumer does have a choice to get a second opinion or estimate before they ok the work. Sorry you were dissatisfied.
