Jamie and the team at Buxmont Contracting have been our go-to contractors for nearly two years. During that time, they completed a 525-square-foot addition to our home, along with several other projects. One thing I can confidently say is that no matter what challenges or unexpected obstacles came up along the way, Jamie always went above and beyond to make things right. Home renovations rarely go perfectly from start to finish, and we've learned that what truly matters is how issues are handled and resolved. Jamie consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Buxmont Contracting takes pride in their work and always strives to ensure their customers are happy with the final result. We ended up firing Jimmy after over a year of delays. He tries to talk his way out of everything and there was always an excuse. There was never any daily work getting done, weeks and sometimes months would go by before the next milestone was met. To summarize, if you want to pay everything up front, to be gaslit the whole time, have material delivered from Home Depot and go weeks without progress, have to call and text your contractor daily just to get something done, and the work that is completed is below subpar, then you know who to hire. If you're interested in our experience please look on Google or Yelp for my full review. In the end we had to pay someone else to finish the job Jimmy couldn?t do and before they started, we had our township?s inspector do a courtesy walkthrough and informed us everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. Please save yourself the stress, time and money and look elsewhere for a contractor who won?t take all your money up front.

I hired Buxmont Contractors to help convert a lawn shed to an outside space to hang out and entertain. I worked with Jimmy Marrero Jr. Initially, he came out quickly for the free estimate. He shared some ideas on how to improve the space based on my concerns. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and comparing to the other quotes I had received, had the best overall value for price and vision. I also had a time frame in mind to get this done by, and he exceeded expectations. His communication was great through the process and managed to get work done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire Buxmont Contractors again and recommend them to friends and family.

Jimmy & the crew from Buxmont Contractors truly made our basement renovation dreams come to life! From beginning to end, they ensured that everything we wanted with this space was perfect. His crew was polite, clean, and professional. They were very knowledgeable and creative with problem solving when it came to some preexisting issues in our basement including installing access panels to our main water controls as well as fixing the steps into the basement which were previously not level with the wall. We were overall very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this company for your home renovation and remodeling needs!

I would not recommend this company. Jimmy seems to be a nice person but not very professional. It took him 5 months to complete my 5 by 7 bathroom when he originally said it should only take about 2 weeks. When he completed the bathroom, I had to call him several times because not only was it not completed (shower hook falls off, caulking not done properly so water stains appeared, shower door had to be replaced, etc), it took him some time to fix the issue. He finally had some workers to come out to complete the job and it still was not fully completed. I spent several thousand more dollars to at least get my bath acceptable. He did not even pick up the debris he left when completing the bathroom. He said he truck broke down. I had to hire a company to get the debris. I did minus that from what I owed but how shabby is that. I would not recommend this company.

Foundation was done well

Jimmy and his team did fantastic job. We love and recommend their service to anyone who is looking to get the Patio built.

The team was efficient and effective. They were in and out of our home, completing the job within the agreed amount of time / budget with a very high level of quality.

The crew did excellent work and the new deck looks beautiful! We are very pleased with how quickly the work got done once they started. We will definitely talk to them for whatever our next home improvement project may be.
