Unskilled and inexperienced. There is likely a reason why the last review was in 2020. Buyers Alliance will probably underbid its competition. However, once they win the contract, you will find their quality of work to be substandard...re-work will be a must. This GC will over promise & under deliver. Sadly, this team went 6 months past the deadline are 20K over budget. We tried to fire him early on when we saw the shotty quality of work...but had paid a deposit in advance . The GC insisted that his team would be on the job moving forward. Unfortunately, that was not true. (There were weeks where no one did any work at all...many days when just one teenage guy was working) We had to have true professionals take over for countertops, fixtures, & appliances. The plank flooring install was just ...so wrong... laid like a DIY w/ no stagger. The GC said he will come back to fix later. This GC has no sense of quality so he will require a TON of supervision and hand holding. He has no design sense so you will have to spoon feed the concepts to him. Lastly he has no foresight, so his estimates and solutions will be way off (in dollars and in time). Take my advice, you are not saving one penny....you will regret work done by Buyers Alliance and it will have to be redone.

Joseph and his team were outstanding. During the fence repair process, Joseph was responsive and addressed our needs. He went above and beyond, coming out in a driving rain to perform a temp repair before the actual project began. Pricing was very competitive and the work was accomplished in a timely manner. Workmanship was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this company for any carpentry needs.

Joseph is wonderful to work with. They are respectful of your home. They listen to what you want and ask questions to make sure you get what you need and want done. I feel they are reasonable and worth every penny. I already have other projects planned for them.

This is truly a family affair! All are talented and work in concert with each other. They were prompt, neat and worked to not only complete the job but to do it right. I would definitely hire them again!

They got texture all over my walls, missed an entire laundry room, part of the hall and above the sink. Texture on my floors, left mess everywhere. White ceiling paint dripped onto my gray walls. Also, they tried to refuse to paint, even though my original request said paint and texture.

They were certainly some music understanding but the owner and family stepped up. Thanks again!

The owner is really friendly and came on time and that is a plus for a customer.
