I was sent handyman Rob Isabell. On 8/5/2020 he did a great job and there were no problems. We worked well together to identify and prioritize the most important tasks needing to be accomplished in my newly acquired older home. He offered his advice since he seemed to have much experience. I rehired him on 8/18/2020. I was satisfied with his work. He offered tips for other projects I had. I was unaware of his policy to send payment electronically immediately. Waiting until the next morning is not acceptable. Some of his work needed some follow up because there were functional issues. Apparently follow up is not part of the program with this very busy handyman. I received a text message stating that my services are no longer available on your site. Rob likes to be paid immediately and believes that as long as everything is functional before he walks out of the door he is done with you. He turned out to be unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to discuss issues that occurred soon after he completed his job.

I'm sorry you had a problem. Rob was working for me. I did not know there was a problem until I saw your review. I wish you had contacted me, I would have gotten the issue resolved hopefully without the bad feelings.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
