Well we had a nice meeting agreed on price and Roberto was supposed to get back to me with a date. 2 weeks later I called and he had forgotten my job. He said he would come next week. Supposed to contact me to get some materials needed. Never heard from him again. My job was small. All he had to do was saying that he didn't want to do it. Do not recommend.

Bathroom - Remodel
I obtained multiple estimates and By Desi was in line with the middle of the very large range. Roberto was great to work with and I love my new bathroom! He also showed me a shop that has a large number of display bathrooms, so you can get many good ideas. Roberto was fantastic in providing design advice and the end result is very much due to his tactful recommendations (on several occasions, he reminded me that due to the small space, I wanted to avoid having too much going on). By Design guided me throughout the whole project. I will think of him for future projects.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Install
The sprinklers were installed in 1 day. Then Roberto showed up a couple days later on a Saturday morning to show how to operate the controller and I how to program it. He also said By Design has a service where they will come out every fall and winterize your sprinklers. I will definitely call them again!!!!
