Their technicians are friendly and explain everything they do. Theyâ re quick and clean up after themselves. They are reasonably priced. Iâ ve used them on several projects and intend to keep using them. I HIGHLY recommend Bybee Electric.

Make sure you have your meter boxes unlocked before they come out and work. I Had scheduled a time and Matt came out but couldn't do the work because there was a lock on the meter box. Called Weststar and they came out after about an hour. I called Bybee back but they had already sent the guy out to another job. The estimator needs to remember to account for the lock box. I lost a whole week because they wouldn't send the guy back out an hour later after he had left. I don't blame it on Matt, he was just doing what he was told. But I think the person who has scheduled work should have priority for the day or at least for the time slot allowed to do the work. Other than that, top notch service and price.

Father and son worked together and listened to what I wanted, which was slightly different than what was written on the paper. It worked out well.

The technician Bybee sent was professional yet personable. He worked around my office schedule and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up the remaining debris beautifully. Fair prices and excellent service -- I would call Bybee again for business or residential electrical needs!

Very responsive and accomplished the work when they said they would.

It took 15 minutes for the technician to find a blown breaker at the pole and to flip it on and another 15 minutes to replace a light switch. The bill was pretty steep ($111). If you don't have a regular electrician you just pay the price.

They called back and were out immediately and fixed the problem!

The only negative thing was that I was told by the woman at the office that he'd call before he came to my house. I was coming home but still across town when he called and said he was waiting at my house. I had to call my daughter over to my home to let him in. The workers were very professional and worked quickly. Very polite and nice. I'd hire them again but because my free time is very tight ~ I'd have appreciated a phone call prior to his arriving. I believe that the lady in office didn't tell him I was waiting for a call when he was on way.

After discussing the final bill, there appeared to be a misunderstanding as to the time intervals on which additional work was to be charged. Their office staff did not even miss a beat, but quickly refigured the total cost for me. I really appreciated it, because they did believe me when I told them what I had heard on the phone. Cody was a great worker. Next time, I'll double check their rates, and would hope that they would do so also to make sure the customer knows without a doubt what the charge rate is. My only criticism is that, knowing that a ceiling fan was to be installed, why there wasn't a mounting bracket brought with the electrician to put in the ceiling in case it was needed. n our case It was needed and I don't like having to pay travel expenses for parts. I think a little planning ahead and the electrician would not have had to go get that piece. He did had to go get a switch, which he had no way of knowing he would have had to have. He erred on the side of caution, which I really appreciated, and went to get another switch before even trying to turn on the fan. They will definitely get my business again.

Respond promptly

We needed an electrical outlet installed ASAP to support our security system upgrades while the system installers were onsite. Bybee rushed over and installed the needed outlet in time for the installers to complete their work. Great customer support!
