Sam was fabulous we came home from vacation and had a small pinhole in a line that runs from our hot water tank into our home humidifier which had been spraying for several days. There was a large area of water that had damaged some sheetrock, carpet and other areas. I contacted Sam on a Saturday he said he would be able to come out the next day Super Bowl Sunday to take a look at the damage. I thought that was wonderful considering it was Super Bowl Sunday. Sam arrived the next morning on Monday at 8:30 AM with his crew, Sam worked for the next three days continuously to replace sheetrock sand paint and reinstall the carpet that had been damaged. I cannot say enough about this guy and his crew if anyone here is looking for someone that is punctual, does super good work, at a fair price, give him a call. We will continue to use Sam in the future.
