We had a porch overhang with extensive wood rot. Jason did an excellent job replacing the entire structure. He is very knowledgeable and we trusted his advice. He saved what materials he could from the demo to keep our costs down and his rates are affordable. In the end, the work done looks great (finish work, roofing, etc.) and it is safe. I would recommend Jason for any work needing done. It was nice to find someone who did what they said, is affordable, and does quality work. Thanks again Jason.

Jason was very accommodating to my schedule and kept in contact before beginning the work. He did an excellent job power washing my house. He did not rush the job, but thoroughly cleaned all sides of the house and the moss on the basement stairwell. The house looks new again!

Jason and his crew were very nice to work with, they had a very large cleanup project for my Dad's home, which included installing guttering, fixing eaves, painting, repair of windows and doors. Large tree removal, and a lot of yard cleanup. Very professional and did a great job.

He contacted us immediately and his estimate was to us the next morning and same day he went and got and his material needs and started job. We paid when job was complete and he marked our contract paid in full and signed. We were pleased with his customer service and job.

Easy to work with, quick response, quality work.

This guy is great. Due to high winds I lost shingles yestersay, I called Jason at 11am, he was completing a job, got back with me when he said he would with an update, got on site, went and bought special shingles , and completed the repair to better than new by 4:30. Easy to talk to, up front & honest, seemed to genuinely care about his customers. Would I recommend Jason? In a second!

On a late Friday afternoon, I had a piece of ridge vent blow off the top of my roof and went through Servicemagic for quotes. Within 15 minutes of submitting information I received phone call from Jason. Within 30 minutes he was at my door. Not only did he replace the damaged part but also took preventive measures to ensure the remaining pieces were secure. Quick, efficient, very friendly and informative. I would call again for sure.

Byrd Construction replaced my roof, made some repairs to my deck and added a new pressure tank to my well system. He followed through on all his promises and did a nice job.

They gave me exactly what I expect from this type of service: 1) Showed up on time, 2) Fixed the problem the first time and 3) Performed a follow-up to make sure the issue had to resolved. I will use them again.

He is an upstanding guy with reasonable prices, great personality and an outstanding work ethic. You can call Jason day or night and he is always working and ready to help. Jason is one of those few people you meet in this busy world that you can truly say it is an honor and a pleasure to know him. My wife and I have told many of our friends of his outstanding craftsmanship! You will not go wrong with Jason.
