Matt when above and beyond my expectations. The lock replacement did not exactly match the prior lock, so the paint on the exterior did not match. Matt took the time to get the paint matched and completed the job with a new coat of paint. The price he quoted over the phone was the price I was charged. Reallly nice guy and very good customer service.

The man who helped me was Matt, and he was exactly what I was looking for. An other locksmith gave me a quote of twice as much and I would of had to leave work early just to have it done. With Byrd Matt gave me a low price, worked around my schedule and was professional about the whole ordeal. He showed up on time and was quick. I'd recommend Byrd to everyone. Best service I've seen in a long time.
