Hired Scott Bryd to inspect a home I was about to purchase. I specifically asked him to make sure he checked the roof carefully. Once I arrived at the appointed time, I asked him if he checked the room carefully. He told me there were a few screws that had silicone around them but nothing to worry about. His report stated he walked the roof. My third day in the home water started pouring down the wall and through the windows of my living room. I called Scott that night and he then said he did not walk the roof stating that since the home was only 2 years old he ASSUMED nothing was wrong. I hired another inspector who told me the entire roof needed to be replaced and a support pole was needed in the living room due to slight sagging. Needless to say, $26K later I was not happy with Scott. I forwarded him the new inspection report showing the difference between his report and the report of the second inspection. Scott apologized and said he would refund my fee but never did. I'm an over 60 widow and Scott should never treat anyone like that regardless of their age.

Scott was prompt , courteous , and very professional . I was more than satisfied . I would recommend him to everyone .

He came out, stayed all morning, and they even followed up with other things needing done. He has great pricing for the project.He didn't charge for follow-up or many other things. He checked everything., He did a great job.
