Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable and not a pushy sales person. He offered me what I needed and didn't try to up sell...prices were very fair and he was willing to work with me. Would highly recommend!

We had Byron Plumbing and Water Treatment build and install a replacement water softener. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. He was more interested in solving plumbing problems than marketing bells and whistles, although he could provide that too, if desired. Highly recommend.
