Josh was highly efficient..He set up a new computer, smoothly transferred data from the old one to the new one, and installed necessary software. He made sure the new computer was fully functional and that I was comfortable with the new setup. Additionally,he answered questions, connected all our devices to Wi-Fi, and showed great knowledge and courtesy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
