Complete Home Inspection
My wife and I had only a short period of time to get an inspector, and John was quick to pick up my call. He was very professional and friendly. He was thorough in his inspection and took photos to aide the report. We paid a bit more and opted to get a "complete" water test for our well, which I wanted to see the full composition of our water system. It's great to have multiple options for those who want to save some money but to make sure the well is potable!

I am delighted to recommend John. He provided a detailed home inspection report of the 170-year-old property I had contracted to purchase. He is very professional, easy going and knowledgeable on any aspect of the house construction.He provided us with extremely informative, detailed report including pictures of all the issues found. Since we couldn't be present during the inspection, photos were very helpful in understanding the condition of the house. John is very responsive even after sending the inspection report. Definitely 5 stars! John and Alexandra did home inspection for me about 10 days ago. There were very thorough, professional, easy going. A very detailed report with high quality pictures has been provided on time (2 days after the inspection despite the fact that it was Saturday). I'd say that they go above and beyond. They even shared with me a list of contractors they put together if property needs repairs.

John was wonderful to work with start to finish. We hired him to do an real estate purchase inspection of a log home, multiple outbuildings and well water testing. He was very responsive even after hours. He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions. John was hired to perform a home inspection prior to purchase of home. Although it is winter, John made every effort to thoroughly inspect the outside of the home, including the roof. Once inside, he took detailed inspection of every aspect of the home, taking the time to explain problems, potential problems and solutions. John is very knowledgeable and patient, never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions. Highly satisfied with the property inspection. Our inspection was scheduled in a timely manner and John returned our calls on the same day. Throughout the inspection, John explained everything from electrical issues, roofing leaks, crumbling concrete walls, to deck and barn structural concerns; and everything in between!
