Antenna Installation and Replacement
My antenna installation has not been completed. Jeff came to my house on Sept. 10 to install my antenna. He installed the antenna on my roof and hooked it up to my Comcast cable box that provides internet and phone. We checked both my tv's for reception but there was none. It was getting late and Jeff said we would schedule another time for him to finish. I have called him 3 times and he has not returned my calls. At this time I am still using rabbit ears to receive tv signals. I am very disappointed in his lack of professional service.
